Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
During launch periods, restocks, promotional events, or exceptionally busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via email.
UK Shipping
We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.
Standard UK Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information where available.
International Shipping
We hope to offer international shipping in the future. At this time, Petitéra Lounge ships exclusively within the United Kingdom.
Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your chosen shipping service, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather conditions, or peak delivery periods.
Petitéra Lounge is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Petitéra Lounge cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible at Customerservice@petiteralounge.com
Lost or Missing Parcel
If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where possible.
