Are your lounge sets designed specifically for petite women?

Yes. Every Petitéra Lounge piece is designed exclusively for women 5’3 (160cm) and under. We don’t simply shorten existing designs - we create proportions from the ground up to flatter petite frames.
How do I know which size to choose?

We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you’re between sizes or need personalised advice, send us a message with your height, usual clothing size, and measurements - we’re always happy to help.
What height are your lounge sets designed for?

Our lounge sets are designed for women up to 5’3” (160cm). The fit has been carefully developed to eliminate common issues like trousers that drag on the floor or sleeves that are too long.
What fabric do you use?

Our signature lounge sets are crafted from an ultra-soft premium modal blend, chosen for its luxurious feel, breathability and comfort. It’s designed to feel elevated enough for everyday wear while remaining incredibly comfortable.
Will you be releasing more colours?

Will you expand your size range?

Absolutely. Expanding our size offering is a priority as we grow. We want Petitéra Lounge to become the go-to destination for petite women, and we’re working towards offering even more inclusive sizing in future collections.
How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days. Delivery times will be shown at checkout depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally?

Not just yet! We’re currently shipping within the UK while we focus on giving our customers the best possible experience. International shipping is something we’re working towards, so sign up to our mailing list to be the first to know when it becomes available.
Can I exchange for another size?

The quickest way to receive a different size is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry if this happens. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll work to resolve it quickly.
Can I return my order?

Yes. If your item isn’t quite right, you can return it within our returns window, provided it’s unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in its original condition. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
Will sold-out items be restocked?

How do I care for my lounge set?

To keep your Petitéra Lounge set looking and feeling its best, we recommend:

  • Cold hand wash with delicate/wool detergent.
  • Gently roll in towel to remove excess water.
  • Ease into shape and dry flat in shade.
  • Cool iron on reverse.
  • Do not soak.
  • Do not bleach.
  • Do not tumble dry.
  • Do not dry clean.
